Shipping, Delivery, and Turn Around Time

Your order is very important to us and we strive to make your shopping experience with de Leon Cosmetics as pleasant and stress free as possible. 

We formulate and package all cosmetics by hand here at the de Leon Cosmetics work area, and as such, we offer a three working day turn around on orders. If there is to be a delay on that turn around time, we will inform you by email as soon as we are aware and keep you notified of the progress of your order. 

Packages are dispatched within the three working days after payment has been recieved, and we make every effort to pack and ship as securely as we can. We ship with Australia Post.

As a general guideline, shipping prices are as follows:

Australia -

Purchases under $5 incur postage of $1.20.

Purchases between $6 and $49 incur postage of $5.

Purchases over $50 enjoy free postage.

Outside of Australia -

Purchases under $5 incur postage of $5.

Purchases between $6 and $49 incur postage of $5 for the U.S.A and $12.50 for the rest of the world.

Purchases over $50 enjoy free postage.
