Designed to be worn under your eyeshadow. You only need the tiniest amount, start with the size of a match head and adjust from there. Smooth over your eyelid with your finger, the heat of skin on skin will help melt the primer onto your eyelid. Then pat your eyeshadow on. Patting is a better technique than the “windscreen wiper” technique because the primer is designed to “grab” onto the colour. It works wonders with glitters and matte eyeshadows as well! As a little added bonus, the primer can also be used on eyebrows to keep stray hairs in place and to help eyebrow powder adhere. It can also be used as a lip primer – it’s truly multifunctional.
